6. Wheezing sound during breathing.
Eventually in this disease there is no such harmness to dogs. But due to it there is some physical changes in dog body. It may be complicated if not treated otherwise it will be cure if you diagnose it earlier.

Diagnosis of Goiter in dog :
Firstly your vet may palpate on swelling area. After that checking breathing rate, heart rate etc. Eventually Your vet may diagnose respiratory tract. And other physical examination.
Your vet would take a blood sample for evaluation of total blood count and thyroxine hormone in it.
Your vet may diagnose if your dog may be suffering from hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.
Therefore a complete medical history will be taken by your vet.
